Returns & Exchanges

At Annabella-Pump, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Annabella-Pump box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
